As The Chips Fall
Wynn Las Vegas and Encore
Wynn Las Vegas
Home of House Raith, the Wynn Las Vegas is located on the northern half of the eastern side of the Las Vegas Strip, adjacent to two of the nation’s largest convention centers, on 217 acres at the former site of the legendary Desert Inn Resort and Casino. The resort showcases a 111,000 square foot casino, 2,716 hotel rooms, 19 distinctive dining experiences, a 2,087-seat showroom, 74,700 square feet of retail space, over 223,000 square feet of convention space, an exclusive on-site 18-hole championship golf course and state-of-the-art recreational facilities. The resort features a full-service Ferrari and Maserati dealership and art gallery displaying works from The Wynn Collection, which at various times has included works by such masters as Gauguin, Matisse, Cezanne, Van Gogh, Rembrandt and Picasso.
If you’re looking for Steve Wynn, the Wynn Hotel and Casino is the place to look.
Located just north of the flagship property Wynn Las Vegas, Encore is a distinct resort destination with its own repertoire of accommodations, culinary offerings and leisure activities including shopping, bars and lounges, restaurants, an opulent spa and salon, and is home to Surrender, an ultra-chic nightclub that has a secret dark side.
Vivian had occupied a fairway apartment at Wynn Las Vegas, but opted to move to a Salon Suite on the top level of Encore. Overlooking the Strip, her 2-story apartment occupies the space below and behind the hotel logo, and provides access to the rooftop entertainment space that few people get to see.
